what we've worked on

Labour inspection for the Department of Labour in the Philippines
With support from the International Labour Organization, we worked with the Department of Labour and Employment in the Philippines to build technology support at all levels for their processes, including working with Android tablets in the field for data capture.
Assisting victimized Sri Lankan migrants to receive legal assistance
We work with the Migration Project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation in Sri Lanka. The Migration Project provides free legal services to victimized migrants. Our technology enables disparate legal aid providers to coordinate their work, share information and manage critical project information.
Post-tsunami project management support for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Sri Lanka
We assisted the IFRC in Colombo and its Participating National Societies to manage their projects and coordinate their tsunami reconstruction and rehabilitation program with effective tracking of progress and budget.
Election monitoring for Presidential and Parliamentary elections in the Maldives
We supported Transparency International and the Elections Commission of Maldives to track election violations and complaints during the Presidential and Parliamentary elections, crowdsourced over SMS from the public and from hundreds of election monitors.
Monitoring & Evaluation for Save the Children
We developed a system for Save the Children in Sri Lanka to connect their headquarters in Colombo with their district offices for consolidated reporting and analytics on their indicator data on programmatic progress across five sectors.
Mumbai Human Trafficking Victims Registry, India
We supported Prerana and 14 other civil society agencies conducting anti-trafficking work in the state of Maharashtra, to provide rehabilitation and reintegration services for victims of human trafficking, including psychosocial counselling, legal assistance and vocational training.
Job Opportunities and Basic Skills Training Program, Sri Lanka
With support from Microsoft, we targeted non-technical skills development in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. We delivered customized training in ICT, workplace communication and soft skills required for six entry level positions in the BPO industry, generating employment opportunities for youth, promoting industry-specific expertise and fostering collaborative partnerships between employers and trainers.
Sri Lankan Election Data Analytics
We worked with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) as part of a USAID local governance initiative to analyze voting patterns covering the General, Presidential and Local Government elections in Sri Lanka over the last 25 years to help local government and political party representatives better understand the voting patterns of their constituencies, and to help political parties improve their strategies for engagement with their constituents.
Last Mile Initiative, Sri Lanka
In collaboration with Synergy Strategies Group, we implemented USAID's Last Mile Initiative in Sri Lanka to provide internet connectivity to rural communities to improve access to information and internet-enabled services. We partnered with local and global private sector entities, including Microsoft, Qualcomm, Dialog Axiata, National Development Bank and the Lanka Orix Leasing Company to set up 50 multi-service telecenters in rural areas.
Donor Coordination Database
We supported a coalition of bi-lateral and multi-lateral funders in Sri Lanka, including UNDP, USAID and GTZ, to improve donor coordination, better balance funding across multiple thematic areas and avoid duplication of effort.
Microsoft Unlimited Potential Partnership, Sri Lanka
We partnered with USAID and Microsoft in a multi-stakeholder initiative, the Unlimited Potential Partnership (UPP), aimed at workforce development in 4 specific industries: Agriculture, Apparel, Media and Tourism. By offering training in industry-specific ICT, UPP enhanced the employment prospects of thousands of youth across the country.
